Requirements

• Credentialed trainer with experience in delivering training programs.
• Strong facilitation skills to manage training sessions effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge and skills associated with the content being delivered.
• Ability to design and revise training materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs, workshops, and classes.
• Provide at-the-elbows support to the organization.
• Manage training sessions through effective facilitation processes.
• Enable efficient delivery of curriculum and create a conducive learning environment.
• Act as a subject matter expert in the technical/functional area of the content.
• Design and revise training materials and create activities to support the curriculum.
• Determine audience needs and adapt program delivery accordingly.
• Travel to facilities within the system as required.
