About The Position

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Budtenders to join our team at High Society. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for our customers in the cannabis industry. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates who are reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid credentials and certifications required to work in the marijuana industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, show initiative, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding cannabis products and services.
• Maintain a strong understanding of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and dust-free, performing regular cleaning tasks to ensure the store is presentable.
• Complete any assigned task sheets accurately and on time, proactively identifying and addressing tasks that need attention.
• Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethics and integrity, and uphold company values even when unsupervised.
• Ensure all daily duties are completed before the end of your shift, adhering to scheduled shifts and arriving on time.
