The USDS team is dedicated to providing oversight and protection of the TikTok platform and U.S. user data, ensuring that millions of Americans can continue to use TikTok for learning, earning, expressing creativity, and entertainment. The Creator Operations Associate role is integral to the success of the scaled content and education programs within the USDS Content Operations team. This position will support the research needs of the Central Creator Team at TikTok, which aims to inspire and support creators in achieving their personal and professional aspirations through content. The Creator team facilitates the growth and development of the Creator community, driving high-quality content production and increasing creator engagement and product adoption through various programs. As a Creator Operations Associate, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and sending communications to U.S. Creators, as well as community managing groups of high-value TikTok creators through webinars, newsletters, and events. You will also support the execution of product adoption programs in partnership with the Central Creator team, driving the adoption of key product priorities and fostering the growth of the U.S. Creator ecosystem. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify critical questions and develop solutions tailored to the U.S. market.
