About The Position

Due to the continued growth of our business, BODEN, an award-winning, independent communications powerhouse, is seeking a Creator Marketing Specialist to join our team. Creator Marketing Specialists play a critical role in bringing culturally fluent campaigns to life across creator ecosystems. This role supports the execution of integrated programs that connect brands to the moments shaping sports, music, entertainment, and the evolving media landscape. In addition to campaign execution, this role contributes to creative ideation, talent sourcing, and performance analysis, helping drive impact across high-profile accounts, including campaigns that feature both creators and celebrity talent.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in creator marketing is a must
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and creator ecosystems
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Have experience with influencer tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr)
  • Understand performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions)
  • Have supported paid and organic creator campaigns
  • Are bilingual (especially Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and management of creator campaigns from briefing through reporting
  • Identify, vet, and outreach to creators aligned with campaign objectives
  • Manage campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth execution
  • Oversee content approvals and deliverables to ensure alignment with brand and platform best practices
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, contributing to reporting and recap development
  • Stay ahead of emerging creators, platform updates, and cultural trends
  • Support the development of creator lists, casting recommendations, and campaign ideas
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring integrated campaigns to life
