About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive and exceptionally organized Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving engagement and education through content creators.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role or at an agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Thrive in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and love Telegram, Twitter, and Slack.
  • Experience marketing crypto or fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a database of content creators across all regions.
  • Assist in vetting opportunities, managing outreach, contracts, and payments.
  • Draft clear creator briefs and collaborate on branded content that drives visibility, engagement, and education around Sui.
  • Work to repurpose influencer content into scalable formats (short clips, graphics, threads) and build a library of reusable assets.
  • Manage communications with our creators on Telegram and all internal/external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on track.
  • Support creator marketing campaigns, help plan and execute creator-led initiatives that align with marketing goals and product launches.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and messaging stays consistent.
  • Monitor campaign results and partner with analytics teams to evaluate impact.
  • Work across the team and analytics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and evaluate influencer trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance.
