About The Position

We are a Generative AI–powered creative team building a next-generation creative pipeline, one that blends artistry, narrative, and cutting-edge AI with structured, controlled workflows. Our methodology balances creative exploration with precision and reliability, enabling high-quality, brand-safe GenAI outputs at scale. We prioritize ethical dataset use, transparent pipelines, and human-directed craftsmanship by leveraging AI as a tool, not a replacement. We are seeking a Creative Technologist Lead who is a hands-on AI maker and creative leader. This role sits at the heart of our global community of experienced GenAI creatives and technologists, offering peer support, shared learning, and a sense of collective momentum across regions.

Requirements

Proven experience working with GenAI image and video models, with a strong visual and photographic sensibility.
Expert-level proficiency in ComfyUI and other cloud-based GenAI platforms.
Several years of experience with 3D software and the ability to control and output high-quality images.
Hands-on experience building, tuning, and optimizing AI workflows to achieve specific creative outcomes.
A strong understanding of model training techniques and inherent biases, and how to harness or mitigate them to achieve desired results.
Fluency in cinematic lighting, composition, lens language, and production-ready aesthetics.
Background in photography, creative retouching, and art direction (required).
Experience with post-production workflows, VFX, motion, or design (required).
A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the creative AI vision, exploring what’s possible with emerging tools, models, and workflows.
Act as a hands-on GenAI artist, generating and refining images, video, motion, and experimental outputs directly.
Operate advanced GenAI image and video workflows using tools such as: Google image and video models BFL / Flux model suites Adobe Firefly Internally trained and fine-tuned models
Write and refine advanced structured prompts, leveraging prompt libraries, style guides, and model-specific techniques to achieve consistent, controlled results.
Bridge creative ambition and technical feasibility, guiding teams toward the right solutions for each brief.
Partner closely with Creative Directors during ideation, concept development, and visual exploration.
Perform visual QA, curate selects, and refine outputs to meet brand, aesthetic, and narrative standards.
Establish and evolve craft standards, workflows, and experimentation practices across AI production.
Contribute to internal prompt libraries, documentation, and knowledge sharing around best practices.
Collaborate with Producers to deliver assets on time, on spec, and production-ready within a fast-moving pipeline.
Support internal R&D initiatives and, at times, assist with pitch work and forward-looking explorations.
