About The Position

A Creative Technologist is a cross-disciplinary person that bridges between a design vision and engineering execution, using experimentation to solve problems in new and novel ways. They combine technical expertise with human-centered design to prototype and implement innovative solutions. Creative technologists blend expertise in code, hardware, and emerging technologies to bring ideas to life. As a Creative Technologist at Kyndryl Vital Nordics and Baltics, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned to human-centered design, rapidly prototype interactive, testable experiences to drive alignment, learning, and value, apply emerging technologies to business challenges, including AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces, and lead feasibility analysis and ethical review of technology choices.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of human-centered design methods and mindset.
• Ability to unite design and engineering.
• Capability to apply new applications for emerging tech.
• Experience in creating context-appropriate, low- to high-fidelity digital and physical prototypes.
• Ability to assess design's technical feasibility, system integration, and implementation pathways.
• Skill in translating prototypes and technical insights into compelling narratives.
• Awareness of equity, bias, and transparency in leveraging AI tools and data strategies.

Nice To Haves

• 3 plus years of relevant experience (dependent on level).
• Vertical domain experience (e.g., finance, retail, healthcare, industrial).
• Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds.
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Background in behavioral science, change management, or design research.
• Applied or academic experience with data science, AI/ML, or HCI.

Responsibilities

• Apply emerging technologies to business challenges, including AI/ML/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces.
