As a Creative Strategy Analyst, you are responsible for managing the campaign direction for multiple, high priority, clients. You plan (ideate) and prepare (brief writing) compelling visual and written content end to end with a polished finish. Your creative and content enhances our clients’ paid media performance (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more) with measurable results across a portfolio of brands. You come packed with ideas for net new campaigns, as well as optimization ideas to help improve performance. As an individual, you love products and are passionate about consumer brands, particularly in the realm of wellness, beauty, pet care, apparel, and CPG. You have a keen sense of what consumers are looking for, and know how to deliver a point with a punch. You bring excitement, genuine curiosity, and a product-testing mentality. You think big and can distill dense information into singular, important ideas that are easily digestible for audiences. Your work will include all aspects of planning visual whitelisted content that will appear in ad campaigns before millions of viewers. You will prepare engaging creative briefs that guide designers into executing compelling videos and static ads related to the brands you already love. You will carefully create actionable creative briefs in a manner that is on tone with brand guidelines, while maintaining an authentic and trustworthy voice. A born communicator, your collaboration skills are as sharp as your attention to detail.
