Our client, a fast-growing Health & Wellness DTC brand generating $4M/month and scaling toward $10M/month, is looking for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join their performance marketing team. This role focuses heavily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social and requires someone with strong experience in direct-response creative, high-volume ad production, and a deep understanding of buyer psychology. You’ll collaborate closely with the existing Creative Strategist, founders, and a large internal creative team (video editors, designers, UGC coordinators). The ideal candidate comes from a high-volume, high-performing eCommerce brand, ideally within the health & wellness niche. This is not a purely creative role, it's a performance role. Data guides everything.
