Our client, a fast-growing Health & Wellness DTC brand generating $4M/month and scaling toward $10M/month, is looking for a data-driven Creative Strategist to join their performance marketing team. This role focuses heavily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid social and requires someone with strong experience in direct-response creative, high-volume ad production, and a deep understanding of buyer psychology. You’ll collaborate closely with the existing Creative Strategist, founders, and a large internal creative team (video editors, designers, UGC coordinators). The ideal candidate comes from a high-volume, high-performing eCommerce brand, ideally within the health & wellness niche. This is not a purely creative role, it's a performance role. Data guides everything.

  • Develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, and scripts for Meta paid campaigns.
  • Write persuasive direct-response copy (short-form & long-form).
  • Analyse winning ads, competitor angles, creative trends, and performance data to guide new iterations.
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and UGC creators to translate ideas into high-quality final ads.
  • Maintain, organize, and improve the creative pipeline, briefs, processes, and internal systems.
  • Participate actively in creative brainstorming with founders and the creative team; contribute fresh angles and insights.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize creatives based on performance, ensuring speed and precision.
  • Follow proven frameworks and winning structures rather than reinventing for creativity’s sake.
  • Apply strict direct-response principles to ensure ads convert at scale.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in direct-response creative strategy (agency, DTC brand, or freelance).
  • Strong background in Meta ads, especially in high-volume creative environments.
  • Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy and understand frameworks like AIDA, PAS, 4Ps, etc.
  • Highly data-driven mindset, prioritizes performance over creative preference.
  • Experience working with creative teams (editors, designers, UGC creators).
  • Strong understanding of DTC consumer psychology and scroll-stopping principles.
  • Clear, fluent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership without hand-holding.
  • Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or pain-relief brands is highly preferred.
  • Ideally from a high-volume, nine-figure eCommerce brand or similar level of output and performance maturity.
  • Experience with UGC casting, UGC production, or managing creators.
  • Background in copywriting, scriptwriting, or content strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Meta Ad Library, TripleWhale, Foreplay/Atria, Frame.io, Airtable, etc.
  • Competitive base salary (please see below; negotiable based on skills and experience)
