About The Position

We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and data. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes short-form video and understands that great creative is both an art and a science. As the bridge between performance insights and compelling narratives, you will transform marketing goals into scroll-stopping concepts that drive measurable results for global D2C brands and apps. As a Creative Strategist, you will own the end-to-end creative strategy for your accounts. From leading brand kickoff sessions and extracting key objectives, to developing high-converting video scripts and overseeing final production quality. You will translate corporate briefs into authentic, creator-led content that resonates on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring each asset is optimized for performance within native ad ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Creative Strategy, Social Media Management, or Performance Marketing. Experience in an agency environment is a massive plus.
  • Native-level English (Written and Spoken) is non-negotiable. You will be communicating with global clients daily.
  • Highly Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to prioritize, manage multiple moving parts, and keep processes structured and efficient.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok, IG Reels/Stories, and Shorts ads ecosystems.
  • Data-Driven: You don't just "feel" what's right; you look at the data (CTR, ROAS, CPA) to back up your decisions.
  • Tech Savvy: You embrace AI. You use tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Midjourney to speed up your workflow, not replace it.
  • Self-Starter: You are proactive. You don't get blocked; you find a solution.

Responsibilities

  • Client Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Lead kickoff sessions to extract brand goals, target audience insights, pain points, and tone of voice.
  • Advise clients on direct response best practices to align creative with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Set and manage clear expectations, timelines (ETAs), and deliverables with full transparency.
  • Creator Direction & Talent Management
  • Translate structured brand briefs into authentic, platform-native creator content.
  • Identify and source the right creators to align with campaign objectives and audience demographics.
  • Develop clear, actionable briefs that enable creators to deliver high-quality raw assets efficiently and independently.
  • Post-Production Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the video editing team to oversee each production from concept to final delivery.
  • Provide precise, performance-focused feedback on hooks, pacing, music selection, structure, and aspect ratios.
  • Ensure all final assets are optimized for platform standards and conversion performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (Sales & Product)
  • Support Sales on demo calls by contributing creative expertise and strategic insights.
  • Share campaign learnings and user feedback with Product to improve platform features, workflows, and reporting accuracy.
  • Report bugs and proactively recommend process improvements.
  • Daily Execution & Performance Optimization
  • Develop high-converting short-form video concepts and scripts using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) combined with creative intuition.
  • Continuously analyze ad performance using competitive research and ad libraries; conduct post-mortem analyses to identify winning patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and apply insights to refine future creative strategy.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure every deliverable meets internal standards before client submission.
