We are seeking a Creative Services Specialist with a focus on design and content support to help elevate our brand presence and ensure that all client-facing materials, campaigns, and communications are not only effective but exceptional. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, professional, and fast-paced B2B environment. As the Creative Services Specialist – Design & Content Support, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and creative execution. You’ll collaborate with marketing leadership, subject matter experts, and business development teams to produce visually engaging and strategically aligned materials—from pitch decks and proposals to digital campaigns and thought leadership assets. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our brand is represented with clarity, professionalism, and consistency across all platforms, helping us deepen client relationships, reinforce market positioning, and support firm-wide growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a professional services firm.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with design-led content, sales materials, and professional branding.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to brand excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and refinement of client-facing assets such as proposals, presentations, service one-pagers, reports, and event collateral.
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints—digital, print, and experiential.
  • Maintain and evolve internal design templates and brand guidelines, ensuring ease-of-use and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, practice leaders, and subject matter experts to transform complex ideas into engaging, digestible content.
  • Support the creation of white papers, case studies, infographics, executive bios, and firm overviews.
  • Edit and adapt content to align with brand tone, professional standards, and audience expectations.
  • Partner with the marketing team to coordinate the creative development of digital campaigns, email newsletters, and lead-generation content.
  • Manage creative workflows from intake to delivery—ensuring timelines are met and assets are high-quality and on-brief.
  • Track asset performance and gather feedback to inform ongoing optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with consultants, BD teams, and practice leaders to fulfill design and content requests.
  • Train internal stakeholders on best practices for using branded templates and maintaining quality standards.
  • Support events, webinars, and speaking engagements with promotional materials and post-event content.
  • Maintain website UX/Design and perform in-house webmaster duties including maintenance and updates.
  • Provide graphic support to content including imagery support and infographic creation.
  • Create and manage templates for go-to-market and internal communications including pitch decks and one-pagers.
  • Support production of digital and print signage, name badges, and presentation materials.
