About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in a higher education, non-profit, or marketing and communications setting.
  • Knowledge of design software: InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Disciplined time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials in alignment with established brand standards.
  • Produce and manage various forms of multimedia content aimed at enhancing the TSU brand and its visibility.
  • Plan and execute photo shoots, including storyboarding and location scouting, to capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns.
  • Execute creative strategies for University branding and awareness across print and electronic media.
  • Work with the marketing team to assess changes in multimedia/creative landscape and tailor messaging needs.
  • Coordinate efforts and imaging across all university platforms for cohesive visual representation.
  • Research, develop, and create graphic designs and edit a wide range of university documents.
  • Assist in developing internal and external communications initiated by the Office of the President.
  • Propose annual budgets and relevant key performance metrics, producing regular status reports on operations.
  • Exhibit the university's core values as a leader within the institution.
