About The Position

BridgeTower Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Services Project Coordinator to support our creative operations team. This role is responsible for managing the flow of creative projects across multiple brands, ensuring requests move efficiently from intake through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of project coordination, proactively managing timelines, communicating with internal stakeholders, and working closely with our design teams (both domestic and offshore) to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. This role reports to the Creative Services Operations Supervisor and plays an important role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of the creative services workflow.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating creative or marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with creative teams or managing design requests is strongly preferred.
  • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down

Nice To Haves

  • While this role focuses on project coordination, candidates who also have experience making basic mechanical edits in Adobe InDesign (such as minor text updates, resizing elements, or preparing files for production) will stand out.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming creative requests and ensure projects are properly scoped, assigned, and tracked from intake through completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure project expectations, timelines, and deliverables are understood.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address timeline risks or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards and requested specifications before final delivery.
  • Utilize project management tools to track requests, assign tasks, and maintain visibility across the creative services pipeline.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects across several brands and departments.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and request records.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the creative design team, including both domestic and offshore designers.
  • Clearly communicate project requirements, assets, and revisions to designers to ensure efficient production.
  • Coordinate revisions and ensure final creative assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Assist with maintaining and organizing shared creative resources such as house ad libraries and brand folders.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve project workflow and coordination across teams.
  • Support the Creative Services Operations Supervisor with reporting, tracking, and project oversight when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support creative services operations and internal marketing needs.
