The Creative Services Manager leads the creative vision and day-to-day operations of the company’s in-house Creative Services team. The team is responsible for delivering compelling, multi-platform content for creative initiatives and projects of varying scale, complexity and visibility. As the team leader, the Creative Services Manager will guide the team in managing projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, brand consistency, and high-quality output rooted in creative strategies that engage our audiences and contribute to business results. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled project manager, and passionate about storytelling through creative excellence. The Creative Services team is part of Marathon’s Communications & Community Relations organization. The Creative Services Manager will report to the Vice President, Communications & Community Relations.
