The creative services manager is the organization’s brand guardian, leading all aspects of creative development. They ensure consistent, effective use of brand visuals, maintain templates and digital assets, and manage multimedia vendors. Partnering with peers and project leaders from Growth and Operations, they shape the visual identity of marketing campaigns, proposals, collateral and project deliverables.
