About The Position

This is professional work managing production staff in graphic design, website development and design, and videography. Manages customer inquiries, workflows, and navigates competing workloads.

Requirements

Supervision, production related communications tools; software, electronic media; grammar and editing.
Managing a team.
An advanced understanding of process workflow and technology.
Ability to problem solve; facilitate coordination and foster collaboration; and demonstrate advanced project management skills.
Organize and prioritize work efforts; work independently and as a team; think strategically, identify and resolve issues quickly, work under tight deadlines, maintain a positive attitude even while under stress.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, graphic design, communications, or a related field and four years of professional experience, one of which must be leading a project team, coordinating activities of a workgroup, or serving as a team lead.
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, graphic design, communications, or a related field can substitute for one year of the required experience.
Related professional experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Creative Services staff, duties including the website, videography, and graphic design.
Responsible for coordinating technology and equipment budget, team member needs, direct report and professional development.
Relationship building with other areas in the agency to ensure customer needs are met.
Review all videos and graphics to ensure that they adhere to District style.
