Stand Together Communications is seeking a Creative Resourcing Manager to join our internal Creative team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring creative projects move seamlessly from concept to completion. In this role, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative work that drives impact. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys overseeing multiple projects, creating order out of complexity, and building strong partnerships with both creative teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in a corporate or agency setting, focused on managing creative projects
  • Experience with creative resourcing models
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to quality standards within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and independently and across a variety of functions and team members
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive value for clients through effective and timely communications
  • Proficiency with project management tools, namely Workfront and Airtable
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for fine detail
  • Penchant for proactive problem-solving
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of creative development and execution on behalf of internal clients, ensuring design work is produced on time and with accuracy to our quality and brand standards
  • Work with internal stakeholders to formulate project briefs, timelines, resource planning, and deliverables across all design projects
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings to set projects in motion effectively
  • Keep all projects up to date with the latest information in Workfront
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for internal clients and, where applicable, external agencies, managing statements of work, budgets, change orders, etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Creative Resource Management team to enable consistency of team performance and client satisfaction
  • Foster effective communication and alignment between internal clients, designers, and external agencies as needed
