About The Position

The Creative Project Manager is a critical member of the Creative team, responsible for managing workflow, timelines, and resource allocation across the Loud And Live enterprise. This role ensures creative projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The Creative Project Manager serves as the operational backbone of the team, driving efficiency, enforcing process, and leveraging project management tools to support cross-functional collaboration across agency, events, and entertainment verticals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative agency or marketing environment.
  • Proven expertise managing projects using tools such as Jira (required).
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows (design, copy, production, media, digital).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently push back, manage expectations, and protect timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with additional tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle management for all creative initiatives across agency, events, and entertainment verticals.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring alignment with client and internal deadlines.
  • Manage workload distribution and capacity planning across designers and creative leads.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with approved briefs and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary owner of project management platforms (e.g., Jira).
  • Enforce standardized intake, briefing, and approval processes across teams.
  • Develop and maintain workflow dashboards, reporting systems, and performance trackers.
  • Train internal stakeholders on proper Jira usage, task submission, and status tracking.
  • Continuously refine and optimize creative team processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Act as liaison between Creative, Strategy, Media, Social, Client Services, and Production teams.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, internal reviews, and milestone check-ins.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on scope, timing, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Maintain clear communication across departments to prevent misalignment and delays.
  • Ensure all deliverables go through proper review and approval workflows.
  • Maintain organized documentation of assets, timelines, and final deliverables.
  • Track revisions and manage feedback efficiently.
  • Support leadership in maintaining high creative standards while protecting team bandwidth.
  • Maintain accurate records of project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare weekly status updates for leadership.
  • Support forecasting of team capacity and resourcing needs.
  • Assist in post-project evaluations to identify process improvements.
