About The Position

The Role: Unleashed Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Creative Project Coordinator & Production Artist to manage creative workflows and assist in the delivery of production-ready assets across Corporate, Brand, and Franchisee stakeholders. In this hybrid role, you'll balance assisting with hands-on production work, preparing files, adapting designs, and ensuring brand consistency with project coordination responsibilities that keep our creative team running smoothly. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to juggle production deadlines while keeping multiple projects on track—this role is for you. This position will report to the Vice President of Creative Services but will work closely with the entire marketing department to integrate all creative needs for strategic implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years in creative project coordination, traffic management, or production support
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Zendesk, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms
  • Familiarity with creative teams, marketing campaigns, and multi-brand environments
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and problem-solve in real time
  • Strong communication skills across diverse teams in fast-paced environments
  • Professional approach to constructive feedback

Responsibilities

  • Project & Traffic Management Manage creative requests via Zendesk, ensuring clarity and brand alignment before assigning to the Marketing Design Team
  • Own scheduling, task assignments, and resourcing using Monday.com to keep deadlines and deliverables on track
  • Maintain campaign calendars and proactively flag conflicts or capacity issues
  • Conduct weekly syncs with designers to assess bandwidth and prioritize critical projects
  • Production & Quality Control Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files with accurate color profiles, bleeds, and technical specifications
  • Retouch images, resize graphics, and adapt assets across formats while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ensure all creative output meets brief requirements, brand standards, and deadlines
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration Bridge stakeholders and creative team by gathering requirements, managing timelines, approvals, and revisions
  • Monitor communication across parties to ensure timely responses and clear needs
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to troubleshoot and meet tight deadlines
  • Brand & Product Support Maintain online print/digital products by fixing design issues and coordinating with development teams
  • Work with designers to create new assets for the online product hub with proper franchisee functionality
  • Partner with print vendors to manage custom orders and track delivery for franchisees
  • Process Improvement & Reporting Create visual workflow data in Monday.com for leadership reporting on studio input and output
  • Continuously improve workflow processes for efficiency
