The Creative Production Manager at Integra Beauty is the primary execution leader for the production of digital content for our high-growth beauty brands (L'ange, OFIR, etc.). You will act as the vital project and workflow manager, connecting the Creative, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to guarantee a continuous, high-volume stream of quality digital content across all consumer-facing platforms. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, your responsibility is to ensure the end-to-end delivery of creative assets, overseeing their management from initial request through final deployment.

  • Ensure a consistent and high-end retouching is delivered across all campaigns.
  • Assist in the development of the creative styles and assist the team in designing sets for all the in-house shoots.
  • Oversee all in-house photography projects and ensure consistent visual quality through expert oversight of post-production and retouching processes.
  • Create engaging content across all platforms and mediums.
  • Partner with the video editing team on campaigns with video and still components to ensure a cohesive campaign is created.
  • Prepare and ensure that all video content for branded and marketing teams is captured: This includes product videos, lifestyle videos, transformation videos, interviews, scripted content, tv advertisements, and more. (Hi-fi and Lo-fi content; pro cameras and cell phone content).
  • Ensure that all aspects of video and audio recording are of the highest quality in collaboration with the video team.
  • Work closely with Editing staff to ensure shooting for efficient editing by maintaining the readability/interpretation of storyboarding.
  • Work with Marketing Directors and Creative Directors to execute and bring to life the content that has been envisioned by them.
  • Work well with production team to create seamless production processes
  • Partner with the production team to define aesthetic standards for product presentation and on-screen delivery, working collaboratively with the team to guarantee the final visual output meets the brand's artistic and quality benchmarks.
  • Research new trends, techniques, platforms, and tools to innovate and enhance the quality of our video content
  • Provide high-quality assets in multiple formats depending on expected consumption.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of industry-leading production technology, stylistic trends, and successful content formats to inform creative strategy and execution.
  • Manage the inventory and lifecycle of all production assets, including featured products and set props, ensuring materials are accounted for, secured, and ready for all scheduled shoots.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in Creative Production, Project Management, or Creative Operations, preferably within a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) E-commerce or beauty/CPG brand environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full production lifecycle for both photo and video assets, spanning from concept and scheduling through post-production delivery, with a strong emphasis on meticulous cataloging and Digital Asset Management (DAM) for future retrieval and efficient utilization.
  • Expert proficiency with workflow and project management tools (ShortCut, Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms) for task delegation, tracking, and capacity planning.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital media specifications and optimization required for distribution across e-commerce platforms, Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), and other digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track production budgets, negotiate effectively with external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies, and maintain usage rights documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a highly proactive, problem-solving mindset to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to effectively bridge creative teams (Art Directors, Editors) and business stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Finance).
  • Expertise in leveraging Generative AI tools (like Midjourney or DALL-E) to rapidly prototype concepts and enhance creative output.
  • Proficiency in integrating and managing AI-powered workflow tools to automate asset tagging, versioning, and performance-based content iteration.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven creative systems (e.g., prompt engineering, style guide automation) to maintain brand consistency at scale.
