This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to help shape the growth within our Client Marketing department. Requirements

• 5+ years Production experience
• 2+ years of People Management experience desired
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Print and lettershop experience
• Relationship building with print and creatives
• Relationship building with print / lettershop / photographers/ videographers partners
• Labor forecasting experience

Responsibilities

• Create and implement production standards and processes
• Partner with internal Procurement and Diverse Supplier teams for vendor selection
• Maintain a stable of approved partners in all disciplines across regions
• Manage production activity for clients from start to finish, including scheduling and budget alignment
• Manage purchase order requests, invoice receipts and expenses
• Collaborate with creative and account service team members to meet program requirements and deadlines
• Secure pricing and formulate recommendations for cost savings opportunities
• Act as liaison with CLEAResult approved vendors
• Troubleshoot and problem solve
• Provide QA support to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly
• Conduct post program reviews as needed
