About The Position

This role will primarily focus on video production timelines. Planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, processing vendor paperwork and production oversight for projects developed by the creative + content teams, across all mediums. Provides end‑to-end support by developing, managing, and tracking work while coordinating across creative teams ( creative direction, design, writers, photography, video) marketing and other key stakeholders. Works closely with creative + content leads, internal operation teams, Strategic Sourcing, Legal and Finance teams as well as outside vendors to ensure cost efficiencies and timeliness. Skilled in creative project management, video and print production, purchasing/procurement software, competent in the use of workload/project management systems/ Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of video, printing & graphic design industry, video and print production process, sourcing and quoting video and print production of marketing deliverables
  • Experienced in managing high volume of work with tight deadlines and budgets
  • Creative project management/creative work experience required
  • Experience supporting creative teams (either agency or in-house teams)
  • Spec management in terms of being able to speak the creative language to help ’translate’ from creative to production teams to vendors as needed
  • Experience in video production workflows; This role will be helping to support video production. It's more about the timelines and coordination. Less about actually doing video work. In theory, a production manager assigned to a campaign would be able to handle all mediums (print, digital and video while this role leans more towards supporting production timelines)
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a bachelor’s degree in video production, graphic design, advertising, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in advertising, marketing and/or printing agency
