About The Position

As the Creative Production Designer, you’ll transform brand strategy into visually compelling retail and digital assets that showcase Celsius® and Alani Nu across multiple channels. This is your opportunity to combine creative design skills with production expertise to deliver high-quality marketing materials that drive impact at retail and online. You’ll bring an eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency, along with the technical know-how to prepare flawless production-ready files. Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience in CPG, retail, or agency environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of print production specs, dielines, and color management
  • Experience creating digital assets for social media, web, and email campaigns
  • Excellent layout and typography skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with energy drink, functional beverage, or consumer packaged goods brands
  • Knowledge of retailer-specific POS and shopper marketing programs
  • Working knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with motion design or basic animation for social ads a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and adapt a wide range of retail marketing materials including POS displays, signage, shelf talkers, endcaps, and sales collateral
  • Create sales tools, brochures, product one-pagers, and sell sheets tailored to retail and distributor audiences
  • Produce digital assets such as social media graphics, web banners, and eCommerce creatives aligned with brand guidelines
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, project managers, and external vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Assist in versioning and localization of creative assets across markets, regions, and retail partners
  • Organize and maintain production files, asset libraries, and version control systems
  • Support process improvements that enhance workflow speed, accuracy, and creative consistency
