We're looking for a Creative Producer to join Scaling.com as the strategic right-hand to our Head of Production. Scaling.com helps the top 1% of CEOs and founders build companies that scale... not just grow. Founded on the frameworks of Dr. Benjamin Hardy, organizational psychologist, multiple-time best selling author and one of the top business strategists in the world. His newest book The Science of Scaling debuted as an instant New York Times bestseller, and his work has shaped how the world's top entrepreneurs think about growth, leadership, and transformation. Scaling.com is a unique, high-touch coaching program — and we're building an internal production company to match. We produce MasterClass-level training content, educational modules, case studies, and research-backed content rooted in strategic psychology. This role will touch on each of those pieces as well as focus on marketing materials — ads, funnels, VSLs, and everything in between. This role will be focused on educational coaching, ads and marketing materials across our production department. It requires strong creative conceptualization, writing skills and marketing experience, an understanding of production workflows, and the ability to write briefs and copy for editors and designers. You'll need to work closely with creatives and keep them on task. Most importantly, it requires deep strategic thinking and a hunger for mentorship and career development from some of the top business minds in the world. We're not just hiring.   • Become a master of the Scaling Framework — internalize it deeply enough to direct content that teaches it
  • Write creative briefs for editors and designers that translate strategy into executable direction
  • Partner with the Head of Production to develop and evolve our creative approach
  • Serve as the keeper of brand voice and philosophy across all content
  • Write copy for static ads, video ads, and web pages
  • Script video content including ads, VSLs, and educational materials
  • Support marketing with copy that converts — headlines, hooks, CTAs, landing pages
  • Manage workflows and timelines across video and design teams
  • Coordinate projects from brief through delivery
  • QA all creative output — ensure everything meets the world-class standard before it goes out
  • Keep the production machine running smoothly
  • Exceptional marketing writing skills — you can write compelling copy for ads, video scripts, and web pages
  • Deep curiosity about psychology, business, and entrepreneurship — you'll need to internalize complex frameworks and translate them into creative direction
  • Experience writing creative briefs that actually help teams execute
  • Strong project management instincts — you can keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping balls
  • An eye for quality and details — you know what "world-class" looks like and can QA work against that standard
  • Ability to flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast iteration — you thrive in startup environments
  • Familiarity with direct response marketing, video content, and paid advertising
  • Experience working with creative teams (editors, designers, motion graphics)
  • Strong opinions, loosely held — you'll help define direction but collaborate openly
