About The Position

As a Creative Producer you will support our growing creative team across content production, planning, and project management. This role will lead the end-to-end production process—pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production—while helping the team stay organized and prepared for each next phase of our projects. You’ll be the central hub for production logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and asset management, ensuring our team can focus on delivering high-quality creative work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or related roles in an agency or in-house team
  • Strong understanding of photo/video production workflows and set operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with vendors, crew, editors, and post-production teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Pageproof, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and plan ahead.

  • Experience working on large-scale events or global campaigns.
  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.
  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution for all photo, video, social, and digital content shoots.
  • Build and manage production timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and project briefs.
  • Coordinate talent, locations, equipment, and production crews.
  • Source and manage external production vendors.
  • Ensure creative vision is properly captured and executed on set and in post-production.
  • Oversee creative deliverables including file handoff, version control, delivery and approval workflows that meet brand standards and expectations
  • Manage editors, motion designers, and external post-production partners.
  • Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and archival systems.
  • Oversee project budgets, track spend and identify cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain project timelines, schedules, and status reports to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Creative Project Managers to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of creative projects.
  • Utilize project management tools to track deliverables and manage resources effectively.
