About The Position

Come join us in this effort as a creative producer on the Apple Sports content & brand development team. In this role, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our content and production teams, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to our slate of projects. You'll be the person who keeps everyone aligned and moving forward, coordinating across Apple Sports, other internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure every project lands on time and at the highest level of quality. You bring creative sensibility and a deep love of process to everything you do. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and operator. You've spent a career at the forefront of sports media, and you know that great content doesn't happen without great organization behind it. You're the person who brings calm to complexity — who can hold the full picture of a busy project slate in your head, spot what's slipping before it becomes a problem, and rally a team around a shared plan. You lead with taste and conviction. And most importantly, you thrive in the spotlight of creating what’s next.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sports media, content production, or a related field
  • A proven track record of organizing and managing complex, multi-project production environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Deep experience building and maintaining production workflows, project tracking systems, and cross-functional processes
  • Demonstrated ability to keep diverse teams and broad content slates on track without losing sight of creative quality
  • Strong portfolio of high-quality video, digital, or live productions that reflect both creative ambition and executional discipline
  • A sophisticated understanding of sports culture and what moves fans
  • Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence and align stakeholders across levels of a complex organization
  • BA required

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience at a sports media company, broadcast network, streaming platform, or top-tier production company
  • Extensive background in live sports production
  • Experience building and scaling content operations and production infrastructure in a fast-moving, sports-focused environment
  • A track record of developing talent and bringing out the best in the teams around them
  • Familiarity with Apple platforms and the Apple creative ethos
  • MBA preferred
