We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced coordinator to lead the Creative Pathways Program within the RI Works program. The program emphasizes building trust and fostering personal growth through consistent, arts-based interactions. Using techniques such as guided storytelling, movement, visual arts, and drama therapy, the project creates safe, supportive classroom environments where students can share their personal stories, explore identity, and develop communication, self-awareness, and advocacy skills. In addition to promoting creativity, the program prioritizes mental health and trauma-informed practices, leveraging the arts as a powerful tool for healing, resilience, and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, education, and the creative arts. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for education through the arts, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators and artists.
