Hero is looking for a Creative Operations Manager responsible for running projects and implementing strategies and workflows to deliver successful creative projects on time and within budget. They will manage projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, streamline communication and define timelines. The role involves managing creative project timelines, milestones, and sprints from kickoff to launch/delivery, serving as the facilitator between creative and cross-functional teams for packaging & retail projects, and leading creative routing to ensure feedback is organized and proper approvals are established. The manager will also support sourcing and collaborating with outside vendors, facilitate project after-actions to improve processes, and update workflows to scale the creative department.
