About The Position

We’re hiring a Creative Manager to lead brand design and creative production for Havenly, Interior Define and Burrow—two of the most exciting and design-forward furniture brands in the home industry. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you’ll oversee a team of brand designers and creative production coordinators, concept and produce brand photoshoots, and ensure all creative output reflects the modern, livable aesthetic that defines both brands. You’ll balance hands-on creative direction with people leadership—shaping the work while developing the talent behind it.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or production at a consumer or lifestyle brand.
  • Experience managing a creative team and producing high-quality photoshoots.
  • Strong visual sensibility rooted in modern design, interiors, or lifestyle aesthetics.
  • A portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand storytelling, design systems, and content execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Asana, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
  • A balance of creative vision and operational discipline—you love big ideas and organized execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor brand designers and creative production coordinators, providing clear direction and feedback.
  • Oversee creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high level of quality.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and design excellence within the team.
  • Lead creative concepting and production for photoshoots—developing shot lists, storyboards, and direction for both on-location and studio shoots.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and producers to create compelling imagery for campaigns, e-commerce, and content.
  • Manage production logistics through coordinators, ensuring seamless execution across multiple brands.
  • Oversee design execution for digital campaigns, social content, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual identities, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure creative work aligns with strategic goals.
