As Creative Manager, you’ll lead the visual expression of Mainsail Lodging & Development’s growing portfolio of hotel, restaurant, and lifestyle concepts. From social-first campaign creative and digital assets to brand templates and visual systems, you’ll ensure every touchpoint feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably Mainsail. This role blends creative leadership with hands-on execution, working closely with marketing and social teams to translate strategy into compelling visual storytelling across platforms. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll guide creative from concept through execution, manage a growing design function, and help build scalable systems that support both current brands and future openings. This role is a hybrid position, requiring two/three days in our Corporate Office.
