About The Position

SynergenX / Low T Center is a fast-growing, direct-to-consumer healthcare and wellness organization specializing in hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and targeted wellness services. Our brand is bold, consumer-focused, and performance-driven—and we’re building a creative function that matches that energy. This is a highly hands-on Creative Manager role designed for a true creator—not just a reviewer. High focus of this role is dedicated to personally creating, designing, and producing content, while the remaining time focuses on prioritization, light team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. You will actively design, build, and execute creative assets across digital, social, and campaign channels while ensuring brand consistency and measurable performance impact. This position is 100% onsite in NW Houston (77070). Remote work and relocation assistance are not offered due to operational and collaboration requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative direction, brand management, or design within a B2C environment
  • Demonstrated experience personally executing creative work—not just overseeing
  • Proven involvement in brand refreshes, rebrands, or visual evolution initiatives
  • Strong portfolio showing hands-on design, campaign execution, and digital work
  • Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma and/or Canva
  • Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of: Brand storytelling
  • Consumer engagement
  • Performance-driven creative
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
  • Onsite presence required – NW Houston, TX 77070 (249N and Louetta)
  • No remote or hybrid options

  • Must be able to work standard full-time hours Monday to Friday with flexibility during campaign launches

Responsibilities

  • Personally design and produce high-quality creative assets across: Paid digital advertising
  • Social media (organic + paid)
  • Website, landing pages, and campaign visuals
  • Email, print, and in-clinic marketing materials
  • Develop brand-aligned visuals, layouts, motion/video, and campaign concepts from idea through final execution
  • Actively use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and video editing platforms
  • Build and maintain design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks
  • Execute fast-turn, high-volume creative in a direct-to-consumer, performance-driven environment
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear creative direction and deliverables
  • Maintain and evolve brand standards across all consumer touchpoints
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, and operations teams
  • Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to internal creatives or external partners as needed
  • Balance creative quality with timelines, priorities, and business needs
