About The Position

You’ll play a pivotal role in bringing ideas to life across paid and organic social, branded content, and digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a versatile, collaborative creative who thrives in both design and production, balancing executional excellence with strategic storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in creative roles (digital design, art direction, branded content, or social campaigns).
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing work across digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and motion graphics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with photo and video production, including set planning, styling, and post-production.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Generative AI experience (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT).
  • Experience creating interactive content (Ceros, Webflow, or similar platforms).
  • Background in food & beverage, fashion, or retail content production.
  • Advanced retouching skills or styling/set design capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative process from brainstorm to final delivery across digital and social platforms.
  • Develop campaign concepts, design assets, and guide production to align with client goals.
  • Design and direct visually cohesive content, including static, motion, and interactive formats.
  • Ensure creative aligns with brand identity and campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and oversee shoots.
  • Manage asset creation, from shot lists and styling to post-production edits.
  • Track emerging digital and social trends, bringing fresh ideas to campaigns and proactively evolving creative approaches.
  • Work closely with clients, strategists, and creative peers to deliver polished campaigns.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers and freelance contributors.
  • Balance multiple deliverables at once, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
