This position is within the creative studio team and reports directly to the Creative Director. This role will primarily support the Optum Marketing Resource (OMR) storefront — a SaaS digital marketing platform designed to provide creative customizations at scale. The ideal candidate is a technically skilled creative professional who is eager to contribute technical solutions in a demanding, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The role requires a blend of strength in basic code development and applying logic, technical problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a designer’s eye to ensure professional output. The candidate must be adept at working within a collaborative team, efficiently processing input, and applying technical problem-solving techniques to deliver effective solutions while meeting critical deadlines. As an individual contributor working under the direction of the Creative Director, and as technical development lead on specific assignments, this person will be responsible for configuring automated solutions that scales our ability to deliver strategic and custom creative. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
