Airbnb.org is looking for a driven and inspirational writing leader to join our internal, multi-disciplinary marketing and product teams. These teams are made up of designers, marketers, product managers, and engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing content strategy and copy throughout the Airbnb.org experience. You will partner with both brand and UX designers — together you will be responsible for ideating and executing brand marketing campaigns, product marketing, user journeys and experiences from concept to completion, helping to raise the bar of usability and comprehension among guests, hosts, partners, and donors. You will work collaboratively with our small cross-functional teams within airbnb.org: user experience design, product, marketing, operations, emergency response, fundraising, legal, as well as outside agencies and creatives as well as the larger design and writing teams within Airbnb Inc. Together with these partners, we develop concrete creative solutions to sometimes vague or ambiguous problems.
