We are looking for a Creative Engineer with deep expertise in creative development, digital production, and technical problem-solving. This role bridges creativity and engineering, overseeing the delivery of high-quality online advertising (OLA) units, dynamic campaigns (DCO), video editing, and interactive solutions. The Creative Engineer ensures smooth client communication, supervises project execution, and provides mentorship to team members. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly adaptable to new technologies, and able to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Establish and maintain strong communication channels, building robust relationships with clients, partners, and peers.
  • Lead complex projects, managing time, resources, and workload distribution across collaborators.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to technical and creative challenges.
  • Implement motion design guidelines based on client-provided storyboards, ensuring elevated and impactful creative output.
  • Oversee end-to-end processes for OLA units, dynamic campaigns, and video editing, delivering high-quality and seamless results.
  • Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams, providing regular progress reports and ensuring project alignment.
  • Take ownership of projects with autonomy and leadership, while working under the strategic guidance of a Principal or Art Director.
  • Actively contribute to strategic discussions, decision-making processes, and the continuous improvement of workflows and efficiency.
  • Stay current with trends in web design, animation, and development, applying them to enhance deliverables.
  • Develop work schemes and coordinate delivery expectations directly with clients, ensuring alignment with business and creative objectives.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and support to team members, fostering growth and best practices.
  • Ensure client-provided assets are production-ready and properly distributed within the team.
  • Collaborate with clients to negotiate creative changes and recommend enhancements to projects.
  • Balance hands-on production tasks with oversight responsibilities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Multimedia Design, Interactive Media, Digital Arts, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience in creative engineering, digital production, or web development may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in creative agency environments as a Creative Engineer, with proven expertise across both creative and technical fields.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong background in dynamic and automated campaign development using platforms such as Flashtalking, Google Studio, Sizmek, Innovid, Clinch, or Celtra.
  • Intermediate web development skills: HTML, CSS3 animations, JavaScript.
  • Basic 3D modeling knowledge and understanding of 3D asset workflows.
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Affinity Designer, or additional Adobe tools.
  • Mastery of motion graphics and VFX fundamentals for multimedia and social media content.
  • Proven ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical programming issues with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and application within best practice frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams and applying optimization best practices for creative assets.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies to enhance creative and technical solutions.
  • Leadership capability to manage production workflows, mentor team members, and deliver projects to a high standard.
  • 2–4 years of experience leading teams or supervising multi-disciplinary projects.
  • In-depth understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices.
  • Experience applying UX/UI design principles and conducting research for user-centered solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): Adobe Certified Motion Graphics in After Effects, Certified JavaScript Seniority, Certified Tailwind or SASS, Training in Motion Graphics, 3D Modeling, or Video for Social Media Development.
