Uniphore is looking for a strategic and hands-on creative leader to manage and help execute the global Creative Services program within Marketing. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Marketing, this individual will lead our in-house design team and manage a flexible bench of external contractors, as well as support needs with hands-on design. This role will partner cross-functionally with marketing, communications, product, sales, and events teams to drive creative consistency and excellence across all channels.

  • Evolve the creative direction for Uniphore’s brand identity across all properties.
  • Lead and mentor a team of in-house designers while managing external contractors and creative vendors.
  • Hands-on player-coach responsibilities to support design needs.
  • Develop and manage workflows for creative project intake, prioritization, and delivery.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital ads, social assets, PowerPoint decks, videos, event materials, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling creative executions.
  • Own the Creative Services calendar, transparently managing bandwidth and setting delivery expectations.
  • Champion high-quality, on-brand storytelling that reflects Uniphore’s leadership in the enterprise AI space.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in enterprise B2B design, digital, and content.
  • Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery, complying with brand standards for our website, demand generation campaigns, and assets, PowerPoint presentations, and more.
  • Develop and execute compelling visual content that communicates complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Create engaging and informative digital documents, including eBooks, white papers, buyer's guides, and infographics, that align with our marketing and educational goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative services, agency management, or brand design—preferably in B2B technology or enterprise SaaS.
  • Profound expertise in the Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional abilities in graphic, web, and multimedia.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and external vendors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, video, and presentation formats.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in AI, or data-driven technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
  • Experience developing and scaling brand systems across global organizations.
