B&A is looking for a Creative Director to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission.

Requirements

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in graphic design, web design, or equivalent field.
A minimum of three (3) years of WordPress design and design team management experience.
A minimum of seven (7) years of web design experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training to successfully complete the identified position duties.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice To Haves

Coursework in project/program/production management preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading web design development and execution.
Serves as visual strategist and responsible for ensuring alignment with required Federal style guides and branding.
Works closely with technical team and ensuring optimized user experience.
Manages design needs within requirement timeframes.
