B&A is looking for a Creative Director to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in graphic design, web design, or equivalent field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of WordPress design and design team management experience.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of web design experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training to successfully complete the identified position duties.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Nice To Haves

  • Coursework in project/program/production management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading web design development and execution.
  • Serves as visual strategist and responsible for ensuring alignment with required Federal style guides and branding.
  • Works closely with technical team and ensuring optimized user experience.
  • Manages design needs within requirement timeframes.
