Acuity is seeking a Creative Director to formalize and enhance our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual and verbal expression that reflects our values, builds trust, and drives engagement. As a Creative Director, you’ll lead the development of a cohesive creative strategy and partner closely with marketing, internal communications, and distribution teams to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Evolve and formalize Acuity’s brand identity, including visual systems, tone of voice, and creative standards for all internal and external audiences. Lead the creation and governance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across marketing, communications, digital, and agent materials. Partner with senior leadership to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that reinforce our brand positioning and values. Direct the conceptual and visual development of campaigns, content, and experiences that engage employees, empower agents, and attract customers. Oversee creative production for digital, print, video, and experiential initiatives—from concept through execution—ensuring a high standard of excellence and innovation. Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of designers, writers, and creative partners to deliver impactful and brand-aligned work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Internal Communications, Product, HR, and Distribution) to ensure creative alignment and cohesion across all touchpoints. Partner with Internal Communications to develop creative approaches that strengthen culture and employee engagement. Collaborate with Agent and Field teams to ensure brand consistency and empowerment across agent-facing materials and experiences. Ensure the customer experience reflects a unified brand—from awareness and onboarding through retention and service. Stay ahead of creative and industry trends to bring fresh, modern ideas to the insurance space. Evaluate creative performance and audience feedback to optimize brand effectiveness and impact. Manage external creative agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and budget parameters. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines. Reasonably regular, predictable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
