About The Position

The Creative Director is the strategic creative partner and hands-on executor who brings TACORI's new brand direction to life. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Creative, this role is responsible for translating brand vision into elevated, emotionally resonant creative across all touchpoints. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to concept breakthrough campaigns, oversee all deliverables from copy to design, lead productions, and ensure every asset reflects our luxury standard. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who can both think strategically and execute flawlessly, with an eagerness to experiment and optimize using emerging tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of creative experience in luxury, jewelry, fashion, or comparable high-end brand environments
  • Proven ability as both a strategic thinker and hands-on creator: you concept and you execute
  • Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design sensibility, compelling copywriting, and luxury brand storytelling
  • Extensive experience directing and producing photo and video shoots for product and lifestyle content
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management systems
  • Experience with photo retouching, color correction, and preparing files for multi-platform distribution

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Brand and Creative to develop compelling creative concepts for all major campaigns across print, digital, social, video, and experiential touchpoints
  • Translate brand strategy into breakthrough creative ideas that elevate TACORI's positioning in the luxury jewelry market
  • Create and oversee the execution of high-priority brand assets, from digital campaigns and social content to print collateral and retail experiences
  • Write, edit, and art direct with equal fluency, ensuring seamless integration of visual and verbal storytelling
  • Serve as final eyes on all deliverables before they go live or to print, maintaining uncompromising quality standards
  • Lead all aspects of creative production in partnership with the Project Manager, from pre-production planning through post-production delivery
  • Art direct photo and video shoots, collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and talent to achieve the creative vision
  • Define the creative direction, mood, and narrative for all productions, ensuring assets reflect the brand's luxury standard
  • Prepare and organize production files across platforms, ensuring technical precision and flawless execution
  • Lead creative relationships with external resources including photographers, retouchers, agencies, and freelancers (logistics managed by Project Manager)
  • Provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback to internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure all external partners adhere to TACORI's high standards for quality and brand integrity
  • Oversee both copy and design deliverables, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
  • Help evolve and maintain TACORI's Visual Identity and Brand Style Guidelines in collaboration with the Head of Brand
  • Champion the new brand direction, ensuring consistency and excellence in every customer touchpoint
  • Actively explore, learn, and implement AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize creative workflows and output
  • Experiment fearlessly with new approaches while honoring the brand's heritage of craftsmanship and authenticity
  • Stay ahead of luxury and jewelry industry trends, competitive landscape, and innovative creative techniques
  • Work in close partnership with the Head of Brand and Creative on all major creative decisions and strategic direction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure creative alignment
  • Manage creative timelines and bandwidth effectively in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Maintain absolute authority over aesthetic quality: typography, layout, color, photography, retouching, and copy standards
