Job Summary Responsible for shaping and executing the company’s creative vision across all marketing channels, leading creative teams to develop compelling content that strengthens brand identity, drives engagement, and supports business growth across multiple audiences. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and field teams to ensure all creative assets align with strategic objectives and deliver a consistent brand experience. Combining high-level creative strategy with hands-on design and content production, meets diverse business needs while elevating storytelling and bringing innovative ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
  • Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership roles.
  • Prior agency experience preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of omni-channel marketing, digital/mobile design, direct marketing, and print publications (including catalogs).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative concepts that drive engagement and align with strategic marketing goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develops content and executes design by creating high-quality creative assets—including digital, print, videography, and photography—while translating complex ideas into visually compelling formats, maintaining high standards for design and storytelling, and ensuring accurate digital asset management.
  • Leads the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand strategy and business objectives. Manages creative teams supporting all omni-channel marketing communication initiatives. Oversees graphic design, videography, photography, and all creative processes.
  • Ensures brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and materials by serving as a creative advisor to marketing and leadership teams, influencing visual identity and messaging direction, and owning creative strategies that support brand positioning, development, and growth.
  • Collaboration with marketing, sales, and field teams to develop creative solutions, collaborate with external agencies and vendors for seamless execution, act as a creative liaison balancing business priorities with design integrity and audience relevance, and own the creative project management process to ensure efficient production of assets.
  • Monitors emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure creative output remains modern and competitive, introduce new ideas and formats to enhance brand storytelling and engagement, evaluate performance metrics and feedback to refine future work, and manage internal relationships to ensure an effective and efficient creative development process.
  • Manages the performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted.
