As a Creative Director, you'll shape game-changing sponsorship and partnership campaigns for consumer brands across tech, CPG, retail, finance, and social impact-at some of the biggest properties in global sports and entertainment. Think 2026 FIFA World Cup, LA28 Olympics, NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS, Coachella, and beyond. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our Dumbo office.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience crafting integrated sponsorship campaigns in sports & entertainment.
  • A passion for culture, sports, entertainment, and the moments that move them.
  • Big-picture thinking with adaptability. You see the whole field but adjust to game-time changes.
  • A growth mindset. You thrive on feedback, iteration, and pushing ideas further.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills-you can sell ideas, not just make them.
  • A leader's mentality. You inspire, challenge, and elevate those around you.
  • Collaborative DNA. You play well with strategists, designers, and clients alike.
  • A commitment to excellence, curiosity, and innovation-yes, that sometimes means nonstandard hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop bold, truly integrated concepts and consumer facing campaigns
  • Harness sponsorship assets to drive real results for brands.
  • Collaborate across disciplines-strategy, design, production-to bring ideas to life, no silos here.
  • Write and pitch compelling narratives that sell creative concepts internally and to clients.
  • Inspire, mentor, and energize a cross-functional creative team, helping them bring their best work forward.
  • Champion creativity in sponsorships and partnerships, making sure every campaign has a cultural pulse and measurable impact.
  • Push boundaries while ensuring seamless execution from concept to final production.
  • Contribute to an ego-free, high-energy creative culture where big ideas, curiosity, and collaboration thrive.
