As Creative Director at MNTN, you’ll define and elevate how one of the most visible brands in ad tech shows up in the world. You’ll be responsible for shaping the creative vision across every channel: design, campaigns, social, and experiences, ensuring that our work not only looks exceptional but drives performance. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders in product marketing, content, and sales to ensure our creative is cohesive, strategic, and unmistakably MNTN. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both set the vision and speak the language of design; someone as comfortable in Figma as they are in a boardroom.
