About The Position
The Creative Director (CD) serves as the strategic and creative leader for a dedicated portfolio of clients, guiding a focused team to deliver breakthrough ideas and brand-building work. This role is equal parts visionary and motivator—championing bold, innovative thinking while rallying the creative team to consistently push boundaries and elevate the work. The CD plays a key role in proactively generating fresh, business-driving ideas in close partnership with the extended brand team, including Client Engagement, Insights and Integrated Media. We believe creativity should be catalytic—not reactive. The CD leads the charge in imagining new possibilities across platforms and, when necessary, inventing entirely new ones to meet client needs. This role also helps shape and oversee integrated creative strategies, ensuring all work is aligned with brand goals and built for performance.
