We are currently looking for a Creative Director in the United States. In this role, you will lead and shape the creative vision for a high-growth digital brand, driving cohesive and performance-focused design across all channels, from campaigns and social media to product marketing and experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that every creative output aligns with strategic goals while maintaining a strong brand identity. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll mentor and guide design teams, contribute directly to projects, and ensure creative excellence is consistently delivered.   • Lead the creative direction for brand and product marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and distinction across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement integrated campaigns across web, social, email, and events.
  • Guide, mentor, and support a talented team of designers, fostering professional growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and social teams to ensure storytelling and visual identity are consistent.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling creative that resonates with target audiences.
  • Review and provide feedback on design work, balancing strategic vision with practical execution.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand system to stay modern, premium, and performance-oriented.
  • 10+ years of creative leadership experience, including managing design or brand teams at high-growth or public companies.
  • Proven track record of shaping a brand through periods of growth, transformation, or high visibility.
  • Hands-on proficiency with digital design tools, especially Figma, and ability to communicate effectively with designers.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, creativity, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Experience collaborating with social, content, and performance marketing teams to extend brand storytelling.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how creative work drives business results.
