As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. We’re looking for a Creative Director, Launches to lead the creative thinking behind major product and company moments — shaping launch narratives that are clear, compelling, and culturally resonant across audiences. You’ll help define the voice of OpenAI at a moment when the story is still being written. You’ll concept and craft storytelling across launches, campaigns, and cultural moments, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Comms, Product, and our in-house creative teams from the start.
