About The Position

Full Spectrum is seeking an experienced Creative Director (Enterprise) to serve as the senior-most creative authority across iFG, TFM, and FDC. This role is responsible for defining, unifying, and scaling creative strategy, standards, and execution across client work and corporate marketing. The Creative Director will support client engagements across all three businesses while also driving enterprise corporate marketing efforts. This role sits at the intersection of creative leadership, operational scale, and performance outcomes, bringing structure, vision, and modern creative systems to an environment where creative has historically been fragmented. This is both a strategic leadership role and a hands-on role. While the Creative Director will primarily guide, direct, and approve work, they must be willing to step in when needed to set the bar, resolve ambiguity, and lead by example.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles across design, copy, digital, or integrated marketing environments
  • Proven ability to set creative vision while operating effectively in execution-focused environments
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and establishing scalable creative systems
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and sales enablement creative
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with operational rigor and business outcomes
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in franchise, multi-location, or growth-focused environments is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Define and steward enterprise-wide creative strategy, standards, and quality across all brands and service lines
  • Unify fragmented creative efforts into a centralized, scalable creative operation
  • Establish what “great” looks like across art, copy, design, and video, raising the bar on creative quality and consistency
  • Identify opportunities to modernize creative through systems, tooling, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Ensure client and corporate creative share common systems, tools, and standards while serving distinct objectives
  • Support client work across iFG, TFM, and FDC, ensuring creative directly supports lead generation, conversion, and sales enablement
  • Support corporate marketing across all brands, with a strong focus on growth and demand generation
  • Provide creative leadership across a wide range of deliverables, including: eBrochures Websites and landing pages Concept overview and discovery decks FDD review decks Sales enablement and training materials Marketing and sales videos Paid media and performance ads
  • Own creative strategy and quality for sales enablement materials across the enterprise, supporting iFG, TFM, FDC, and corporate marketing
  • Ensure creative supports franchise sales processes, discovery journeys, evaluation, and decision-making
  • Partner with sales, strategy, and operations teams to ensure creative aligns with how franchises are sold and awarded
  • Own creative standards and direction for performance-driven marketing creative, including paid media and lead-generation assets
  • Ensure creative supports top-of-funnel and mid-funnel objectives such as lead quality, conversion, CPL, and CTR
  • Balance brand consistency with performance requirements across channels and platforms and franchise award
  • Deliver creative according to best-practices for platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Video, CTV and more
  • Creative must align across design, content, motion and production for formats including but not limited to video, image, display, and audio
  • Work closely with marketing, media, strategy, analytics, sales, and operations teams
  • Ensure creative is tightly integrated into broader growth, delivery, and operational initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted creative partner to internal stakeholders and client-facing leaders
