About The Position
The Creative Development Intern position at Columbia Pictures offers a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the film industry. This internship is part of the Emerging Talent Programs, which include Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, designed to provide meaningful and productive work experiences. Interns will work alongside the creative team responsible for finding and developing feature film releases, engaging in various stages of production from pre-production to release. The internship is seasonal and paid, allowing participants to build on their skills and experience while networking with industry professionals. The internship runs from September through December 13th, with flexible start and end dates based on school schedules. Candidates must be able to commit to part-time hours, working between 10 to 29 hours a week. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and while a hybrid work structure may be available, candidates should be prepared to work in the office for 2-3 full days each week. This position is ideal for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, particularly those passionate about the film industry and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
