About The Position

At Click Here Digital, Creative Designers are crucial in creating visually appealing and engaging multimedia content for various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements to enhance the user experience and effectively communicate messages. Collaborating with a team of creative professionals, you will bring concepts to life through creative designs and multimedia assets. You will cross-collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet compliance needs and standards. The creative processes you will manage include maintaining correct logos, fonts, vehicle images, advertising copy, and offers in all graphics. You will be expected to complete daily tasks and meet monthly deadlines to ensure campaigns are ready to go live.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Demonstrated proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects / Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other multimedia tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing various multimedia projects, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive designs.
Excellent creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Digital Marketing/Advertising experience
Knowledge of current trends and design styles
Experience working with Brand standards
Experience working with Fonts, logos and design standards is a plus
Experience with image capture is a plus

Responsibilities

Prioritize and complete creative requests within the given time frame.
Create Motion Graphics for video advertising
Self-manage your portfolio of clients with full accountability and high collaboration with other department team members.
Stay up-to-date on current creative trends and continue expanding knowledge within Adobe Creative Suite software.
Prioritize creative tasks to ensure Banners and offer-based remarketing are ready to go live as early as possible in the month.
Collaborate with other departments on all current creative strategies and budget to ensure advertising goals are aligned with customer/business goals.
Actively communicate with the director about bandwidth, morale, ability to meet deadline(s), etc.
Stay up-to-date with shifts in the automotive industry regarding market trends, car sales, compliance standards, etc.
Stay up-to-date with Social Media trends & best practices.
Present new creative ideas that may help to improve our business and bandwidth.
Learn other parts of the digital marketing business within our organization including SEM, SEO, DV, Social, CTV/OTT, etc.
