Requirements

3–5 years of experience in graphic design; hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or luxury brand experience preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, and videography
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects preferred)
Hands-on experience with photography and video equipment and post-production editing
Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand identity, and visual storytelling
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Resort, hotel, or destination marketing experience
Social media content creation and short-form video storytelling
Drone photography/videography (FAA certification a plus)

Responsibilities

Design on-brand marketing assets including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, signage, menus, presentations, and sales collateral
Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints while evolving creative to remain current and inspiring
Prepare production-ready files for print and digital distribution
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals
Capture high-quality lifestyle, resort, food & beverage, event, and seasonal photography
Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media, website, and digital campaigns
Assist with photoshoot and video planning including shot lists and creative concepts
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries
Support campaign concepts and visual storytelling initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Coordinate with external partners such as freelancers, printers, and vendors as needed
