About The Position

As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing team, you will collaborate with dedicated individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. This remote internship is a full-time, six-month commitment from January 2026 - June 2026.

Requirements

• Validated knowledge of foundational design principles.
• Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and design-related tools and technology, especially Photoshop.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple timelines and complete tasks on schedule.
• Able to understand client business needs and how it applies to marketing strategy, objectives, and creative results.
• Showcase a hardworking and eager approach to learning and a passion for new projects.

Nice To Haves

• Design experience in a related industry.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating excellent command of composition, typography, color, and fundamental communication, as well as examples of concept definition and design.

Responsibilities

• Apply outstanding design skills to help produce solutions that meet the challenges of our clients while ensuring the integrity of the Disney brand standards.
• Develop assets for campaign executions across various media environments; including print, digital/web, and social platforms.
• Establish relationships with internal and external partners/vendors to complete and implement innovative creative design and production projects.
• Maintain and update brand style guides to ensure consistency across team output.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients/partners, team members, business partners, and external vendors.

Benefits

• The pay rate for this role is $22.50 per hour.
